Verification Procedure for CBSE Class X & XII Exams

(a) Download the forms for verification of marks

(b)(1) For urgent verification, applications can be made on-line within 5 days from the date of declaration of result. The fee will be Rs.300/- per subject.
(2) Application can be made either online from the 6th day or offline within 21 days from the date of declaration of result. The fee will be Rs.200/- per subject.
(3) Fee can be remitted either in cash or through demand draft favoring Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education payable at the respective regional offices.


Modes of receipt of applications and fee:
(i) Online Applications with payment through Demand Draft, Roll No. Mobile No. should be mentioned behind demand draft.
(ii) Offline Application as per past practice.
(c) All applications received on-line or offline will be dealt on first come first disposal basis.

RULES FOR VERIFICATION OF MARKS

(i) A Candidate who has appeared at an examination conducted by the Board may apply to the
concerned Regional Officer of the Board for verification of marks in any particular subject. The
verification will be restricted to checking whether all the answer's have been evaluated and that there
has been no mistake in the totalling of marks for each question in that subject and that the marks
have been transferred correctly on the title page of the answer book and to the award list and whether
the supplementary answer book(s) attached with the answer book mentioned by the candidate are in
tact. No revaluation of the answer book or supplementary answer book(s) shall be done.
(ii) Such an application must be made by the candidate within 21 days from the date of the declaration of
results in case of main examination and within 15 days in case of compartment examination.
(iii) All such applications must be accompanied by payment of fee as prescribed by the Board i.e. Rs.
200/- per subject (Rs.300 for urgent verification, can be applied within first five days from the date
of declaration of result). In case of DD/IPO it should be in favour of Secretary CBSE, payable at
concerned Regional Office’s city
(iv) No candidate shall claim, or be entitle to, revaluation of his/her answers or disclosure or inspection of
the answer book(s) or other documents.
(v) A candidate shall not be entitled to refund of fee unless as a result of the verification his/her marks
are changed.
(vi) In no case the verification of Marks shall be done in the presence of the candidate or any one else on
his /her behalf, nor will the answer books be shown to him/her or his/her representative.
(vii) The marks, on verification will be revised upward or downward, as per the actual marks obtained by
the candidate in his/her answer book.
(viii) The communication regarding the revision of the marks, if any, shall be sent to the candidate within a
reasonable period of time.
(ix) The Board will not be responsible for any loss or damage or any inconvenience caused to the,
candidate, consequent on the revision of marks or delay in communications for reasons beyond
control.
(x) The Board shall revise the marks Statement in respect of such candidates after the previous marks
statement is returned by the candidate.
(xi) The decision of the Chairman on the result of the verification of marks shall be final.

For candidates outside Delhi: Applications for verification can be obtained from the Regional Office or the board’s website and dispatched to respective regional office along with Draft for requisite fee favouring Secretary. The result of verification of marks will be intimated to the candidates through email on their personal ID and will also be put on CBSE website as per past practice. The candidates whose result gets revised after verification of marks will be intimated through letter via speed post. Admission Procedure and Eligility for admission

(A) CGPAT Under Graduate Admission Criteria

NOTE: CGPAT 2012 Exam forms will be available from June 4th to June 19th ( dates extended till 21st June ) at respective postoffices of CG. The admission in first year of B.Sc.(Agri) is done on the basis of a merit list provided by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board of the State Government. The Board conducts a Pre Agriculture Test (PAT) for B.Sc.(Agri) and B.SC.(Hort) courses, Pre Engineering Test (PET) for B.Tech. of Daity Technology and Agriculture Engineering, Pre Medical Test (PMT) for B.V.Sc.& A.H. course of Veterinary and Animal Husbandary. The roaster of reservation of seats of State Government for different categories is followed for these admissions by advertising in the Newspapers. Student must not below the age of 17 years on 31 st December of the admission year. Student passing 10+2 system of examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology/Agriculture and English/Hindi subjects shall be minimum requirement for admission to B.Sc.(Agri) or B.Sc.(Hort) degree course. Student passing 10+2 system of examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English subjects shall be minimum requirement for admission to B.Tech. (D.T.) or B.Tech.(Agri. Engg.) degree course. Student passing 10+2 system of examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects shall be minimum requirement for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course.  Source:IGNAU

(B) Seats Allotment

Bilaspur, Raipur, Ambikapur, Jagdalpur and Kawardha (Kabirdham) located Government & 13 Privates Agricultural Colleges affiliated to Indira Gandhi Agricultural University. According to Rules, 5 Government Agricultural University kept the seats for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-soldier, Freedom Fighter, handicapped (disabled). In all Chhattisgarh Agriculture Colleges and Chhattisgarh Departments 33 percent seats kept female candidates.

(B) Seats Allotment

Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (Chhattisgarh Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal) conducts every year Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test (CG PET) for admission to first year of undergraduate programmes leading Bachelor's degree in defferent disciplines of Engineering (B.Tech./ B.E.) in various Govt. aided an private unaided technical institutions of Chhattisgarh. Admission in First Year of BE Courses: The branchwise intake are reserved for State Quota, All India Quota & Management Quota. The percentages of various quotas are decided by the State Government. However, the current proportions are State Quota: 60%, All India Quota: 25% and Management Quota: 15%. For admission under State Quota, a candidate is expected to qualify in PET conducted by Professional Examination Board, Chhattisgarh (CGVYAPAM). Thereafter, candidates having domicile of Chhattisgrah State are called for counseling by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh and according to availability at the time of counseling seats are allotted. For admission under All India Quota, a candidate is expected to qualify in AIEEE conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. Thereafter, candidates are called for counseling by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh and according to availability at the time of counseling seats are allotted. For admission under Management Quota, a candidate is expected to qualify either in PET conducted by Professional Examination Board, Chhattisgarh (CGVYAPAM) or AIEEE conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. Advertisement is placed in Newspapers and also in the website for admission (after the declaration of the results of the entrance examinations) under Management Quota and the list is finalized strictly based on merit of the entrance examinations. An additional quota on the basis Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme has been introduced. 10% of the annual intake in each branch has been introduced whose tuition fees will be completely waived as per the conditions laid down by AICTE, New Delhi & DTE, Raipur. Beneficiaries under this category are Girls candidates, Physically Challenged candidates and candidates under BPL. The details of distribution among all such candidates are decided by DTE, Raipur.

(C) Under Graduate Admission Criteria & Important dates

(i) The minimum academic qualification for admission to B.Tech./B.E program in Chhattisgarh is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Chhattisgarh or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Chhattisgarh. (ii) Subject combination required in the qualifying examination of admission to B.Tech. / B.E course shall be as under : Course Compulsory Subjects Any One of the Optional Subjects B.E./B.Tech. Physics And Mathematics (1) Chemistry (2) Computer Science (3) Biology
